I'm really proud of this too.. Everything was drawn and done in Sai Paint Tool.
I looked at this for the pose: [link] Though, I'm pretty much sure that any one who does fanart of it in some way, or even any one in a long distance relationship, use pretty much the same pose... Nonetheless.
And here's the video: [link] The original was like, banned. But, this is the closest I could find to the original. It's pretty much the same, just the audio of the video is tweaked a little higher. But it still has the same heart clutching effect.
